My counseling style is optimistic, accepting, nonjudgmental and interactive. I believe in treating all who seek assistance with respect, affirmation, sensitivity, and understanding. While I am primarily trained using a cognitive-behavioral approach in practice, I am familiar with and can encompass multiple other therapeutic approaches as well.
