We will utilize a modality called motivational interviewing to explore the changes that will help support your life and increase motivation and drive to accomplish all the "I shoulds" that have been floating through your head. I will provide space and support as you move forward with making the changes necessary to live the life you desire. Consistent and regular contact to provide the space to increase and maintain your commitment to change, providing feedback, support, and guidance as you accomplish goals and develop new ones.
