As a pediatric orthopedist, my patient is the child, and my customer is the parent. It's important to me when the patient is old enough, to carry on my conversations with my patient directly, to engage them in their own health and well-being. We believe in the philosophy of family-centered care. We work closely with families to develop individualized and customized treatment plans and answer questions. I also work closely with my patient's pediatrician to ensure seamless treatment and healing of the incident, accident or condition that brought the patient to my door.
