As a trauma-informed mental health counselor, I have been working in the fields of substance abuse treatment and mental health since 2018. My areas of expertise include trauma, complex trauma, chronic suicidal ideation, self-esteem, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, identity development, and career counseling. I am experienced in both individual and group counseling, having led groups on Seeking Safety (trauma and substance use), domestic violence, anger management, life skills, relapse prevention, as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT).

While I cannot change how the world treats you, I can help you develop the skills, strength, and resilience needed to overcome hardships and strengthen your relationships with the people most important to you. My training is diverse, and I utilize family systems, solution oriented, CBT and narrative based therapies.
