Dr. Hoppe was awarded his Bachelor of Science degree at Stanford University, medical degree at Cornell University Medical College and Master of Public Health (MPH) at Harvard School of Public Health. He completed his radiation oncology residency and Mortimer Lacher lymphoma research fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) in NY and received the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) Resident/Fellow Research Award. An established cancer researcher, Dr. Hoppe is the author of over 70 published manuscripts and book chapters in various peer-reviewed medical journals, including Journal of Clinical Oncology, Cancer, Journal of Thoracic Oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant, Radiotherapy and Oncology and the International Journal of Radiation Oncology Biology Physics. His research focus has been on reducing side effects of radiation and better understanding patient reported quality of life outcomes among patients with lung cancer, prostate cancer and lymphoma. Dr. Hoppe is currently the Chair of the Lymphoma Subcommittee of Particle Therapy Cooperative Oncology Group (PTCOG), Secretary of the Proton Collaborative Group (PCG), and serves on the American College of Radiology (ACR) Expert Lymphoma Guidelines Committee, American Board of Radiology (ABR) Lymphoma Examination Board, the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) Education Committee and the International Journal of Particle Therapy Editorial Board.

Dr. Oladeru earned her bachelor's degree in molecular, cellular and developmental biology at Yale University. She then obtained her master's degree in African studies and medical anthropology from Yale Graduate School of Arts and Sciences with a concentration in global health from Yale Jackson Institute for Global Affairs.Dr. Oladeru received her medical degree from the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University. She completed her internship at NYU Winthrop Hospital, prior to completing her radiation oncology residency training at Massachusetts General Hospital/Brigham & Women's Hospital - Harvard Radiation Oncology Program. She also earned an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, with a concentration in Healthcare Management and Leading Organizations.Dr. Oladeru's research has published more than 50 research papers, presentations, and book chapters. She is the recipient of numerous awards and recognitions, including the Gold Foundation for Humanism in Medicine Honor Society Award in 2015 the Research Recognition Award from Winthrop University Hospital in 2016 and the AAWR Eleanor Montague Distinguished Resident Award in Radiation Oncology in 2020.Her research interests include technological advancements in radiation oncology, high quality radiation treatment delivery, health policy to address inequities in underserved populations, and global radiation oncology. Her clinical focus at UF Health is patient centered treatment of all types and stages of breast cancer.

Dr. Christopher Balamucki earned his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering with a double minor in Chemistry and Biology from Virginia Tech. He was the fourteenth student to be awarded the Honors Baccalaureate Degree in the history of the University Honors Program at Virginia Tech. He went on to earn his Medical Degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. While there, he completed an internship with Wake Forest's Baptist Medical Center. Shortly after, he arrived in Gainesville to complete his residency in Radiation Oncology at the University of Florida.While Dr. Balamucki is experienced in treating a wide range of cancers, he has researched and published his work in head & neck, skin and GI cancers in addition to trigeminal neuralgia treated with Gamma Knife Stereotactic Radiosurgery. Of note, he has a specialized interest in treating head and neck and skin cancers. Dr. Balamucki has also authored articles for the community about the connection between HPV and head & neck cancer in addition to skin cancer published in Good Life Community Magazine and online.He has been featured in Good Life Community Magazine and online.Dr. Balamucki is very passionate about cancer awareness and education within his community.
