I have a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's in Corrections and Theology with a minor in Psychology. I understand what it means to recover from traumatic and challenging life events. My integrated therapeutic approach is Person Centered, drawing from Psychodynamic, Mindfulness Based- Cognitive Behavioral, and Whole Person Systems Perspectives. I also have experience working with coping with life changes.
