I have a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's in Corrections and Theology with a minor in Psychology. I understand what it means to recover from traumatic and challenging life events. My integrated therapeutic approach is Person Centered, drawing from Psychodynamic, Mindfulness Based- Cognitive Behavioral, and Whole Person Systems Perspectives. I am licensed in Florida with 23 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes.
