Unprofessional on so many levels . Calls are not returned for months after leaving requested VM. Office receptionist was unable to verify coverage that has been active since Feb 1st . I then called and within 7 minutes verified coverage And was told that the office staff needed to call the 800 number and request to speak to physician hotline to be faxed over proof of coverage so that I could keep the scheduled appointment and the dentist declined to do that?. And cancelled appointment. THANK GOD !!! First Impressions are everything EVERYTHING !! Dr. Fulton continuously interrupted me when I was trying to explain to her what the insurance company had stated or the necessary steps to solve her staffs problem BUT SHE PROCEEDED TO INTERRUPT ME she told me if I didn’t like what she was saying that I could choose another Dentist and so that’s EXACTLY what we’ve done NO SWEAT OFF MY BACK ! Probably the most rude dental professional I have ever encountered in my 50 years.

Went in to have a filling replaced. I have a major fear of dentists from a bad experience. Dr. Fulton listened to me literally cry in her chair and was patient and gentle and even made me laugh! Amanda was also great with my cleaning and x-rays. One dental office i will gladly revisit!

She started off by not introducing herself and calling me "young lady," a term I consider rude. She then accused me of not confirming my appointment and stating, "Shame on you." In fact, I did confirm. She then proceeded to "clean" my teeth. She didn't even bother to floss. It was the absolute WORST cleaning I have ever had. I am returning to my other dentist to have my teeth cleaned correctly.
