Dr. Yuhou Liu, DDS

Dr. Liu YuHou is a dentist, and his clinic is operated by only two people: himself and his wife. Every time I called to make an appointment, his wife answered the phone with a very unpleasant attitude. Experiencing such poor telephone manners makes me doubtful about the quality of the dentist's services. I haven't visited this dentist yet, and the process of making an appointment has been extremely displeasing. My friends have also warned me not to visit this dentist, citing concerns about his professional ethics.

My 70 yo Mom waited an hour in the office to find out her insurance does not cover for her cleaning. However she was told it was covered before making the appointment. Dr. Liu's wife who is the reception was very nasty and rude. Not care and didn't apologize for the mistake. Only care about collect insurance company money from Medicare and Medicaid

Went in for a tooth ache and charged me $3000 for a painful and unnecessary surgery, which resulted in a new tooth problem which he refuses to resolve because I can not afford it. He does not care for my health at all, only the money. Do not see him, please.
