During pandemic they sent me to collections even though I didn't know I had a balance. In the past I have always paid my bill following visit but during pandemic I was not allowed in building. They sent my bill to an address that was 3 years old even though I had to update address every time I was there in the past 3 years. Office staff obviously was negligent in keeping records updated but somehow its my fault. Not sympathetic at all when I called to discuss situation.

Just got the certified letter. Not very competent. Letter says "we have enclosed an authorization.....", page is completely blank. Also says " please contact our office at. " No phone number or even address. Was not even signed. Do no recommend using
