Outstanding Chair-Side Manner
Besides being a great overall dental provider, Dr. Gerhardt has a way with making a patient feel at ease despite my obvious lack of professional dental care for several years. No lectures. No tisk tisk. Just a professional practitioner that comes off as a caring human being. I’ve been without dental care for a few years due to a number of reasons. Dr. Gerhardt has eliminated at least one of those issues. I will be back. I also want to take a moment to give kudos to her front and back-office support staff. Often times, when you find a good doctor (medical or dental), the office staff can be, at very least, abrasive. Her staff was kind, knowledgeable, and (most importantly) patient with me as I asked more than my fair share of questions and cracked too many medical jokes. Not one eye roll! You would be hard pressed to find a better team than the one located in Dr. Gerhardt‘s Gilbert practice. 10 out of 10 - would recommend!
