Took my mom (83 years) to Dr. Doan for him to put back a crown that came off a few weeks ago which he had placed back in August. It turned into an unexpected tooth extraction & my mom had a real hard time. Dr. Doan was very rough with her, even pinched her cheek with one of his tooIs. He has a standoff, arrogant bedside manner. We are not even sure this had to be done & it's sad when you can't put total trust in your health care providers. This dentist in particular is, quite frankly, a jerk.
