My father have an appointment with her. She never showed up, 2 hours later a lady came saying she was not coming and her assistant was going to call later to reschedule the appointments. Completely irresponsible.

Waiting time was extremely unreasonable. Close to four hours to get it done, so besides mark the date for next exam time and date does not means too much. If any incident impact the waiting time will be nice to be notified so you can decide.
