I like how Dr. Saji explains things very clearly, and she makes sure you understand exactly what she is doing before and during any dental work being done. She was very thorough in researching some previous work I had done to come up with the best treatment plan for me.

Dr. Saji is always on time, she’s thorough, and frequently checks to see if you (the patient) has any questions. Her whole team is very friendly, as well.

Dr Saji is thorough in her exam and is very good at telling her patient what to expect every step of the way. I needed two fillings and dreaded the numbing…but the injections were better than expected, due to a great combination of the topical numbing agent and her injection technique. I would definitely recommend Dr Saji for your dental care.

The Smile Win Dental Team has been my family's sole dental provider since 1990. Although the practice was renamed to Smile Win Dental when Dr. Winnie Saji's arrived, she has continued the excellent service and satisfaction level we have always experienced. Their highest priority seems to be to service us, by hearing our fears, easing our stress level by explaining everything they plan to do, and working around our schedules. Their office staff is wonderful about handling initial interactions with our insurance and having accurate estimates on the costs too. If you have stress about visiting the dentist, they are the office for you! Cannot rate them high enough, or give them enough thanks, for their results.

My recent visits were due to a 49 Yr old crown that broke. Dr Saji and her staff did an awesome job of seeing me the next morning and installing a temporary crown. They performed all the necessary prep work like x-rays, molds and color match. A week later I got my new permanent crown. Which turned out fantastic and looks great! My overall experience was excellent and I must commend the entire staff for making it easy, comfortable and efficient!

I only put one star because I could not put zero stars. This practice stole my crown and refused to reimburse me for the crown and the cost of services needed to seat my crown. This practice also told me that they sent a refund to me earlier this year; however, I never recieved the refund. DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL PRACTICE. The management is degrading toward others and extremely nonresponsive.
