Dr. William Trout Jr, DMD

I did not deal directly with Dr. Trout but wish I had as this fiasco would probably be taken care of by now. I paid in advance for a filling but never received the filling and now they will not return my money. I have been trying to get a refund since September and it is now December and still no refund. Every time I call (it's been at least ten times) they make some kind of excuse why the check has not been mailed. Tomorrow I will be filing a complaint with the Georgia Board of Dentistry in hopes of some kind of reconciliation. DO NOT prepay for any service! And just for clarification, I did not get the filling because I was left in the exam room for 25-30 minutes after the 'dentist' (I use that term lightly) put the numbing gel on my gums. I sat there long enough for that to wear off. I would have had to sit there longer because she would have had to reapply it to numb the area again. I got up and walked out. Very unprofessional.

Dr.Trout is a very kind person.He explains what he's doing during the procedure.He talks to you like your a friend.The staff at dental wellness are welcoming and awesome.I would definitely recommend Dr.Trout to be your family dentist.

This is a scary dental office .. they will charge you and cant provide explanation

Every office visit resulted in another appointment to fix the new problem. The appointment for the new problem inevitably led to another new appointment. Several friends told us they had the same experience and recommended we switch to a dentist in Midway. Then we received a bill after having paid in full already. The staff was unable to explain the charge. They had no idea what it was. Two years later, after receiving multiple invoices, I paid the charge to make it stop.

This Drs. wife is the person at the front desk who verbally abused me and spoke in a very abusive manner to me about my account and medical records all the patients in the waiting room heard. She is personally just a dental hygienist but likes to say she is the owner. She has broken rules for a dentist off ice and has been reported to the board. Brandi trout has put me out of the office without finishing a procedure. I am a hypertensive patient, I am also investigating overcharged claims .
