Dr. William Reeves, DDS

Dr. Reeves is a good doctor but his billing lady is rude and deceitful. She overcharged me by $1,000 before the surgery three months ago, saying that she verified with my insurance company that this is how much I owe, when in reality it turned out that she never did verify this amount with them and I actually owe nearly $1,000 less. I am still to get a refund from them for this big amount of money. When I call and ask why the refund check is still not sent to me, I get a lot of yelling in response and unbelievable excuses as to why the refund was still not issued. So before you go to see this good doctor, beware of the billing lady, which will make your experience totally frustrating and unacceptable!

I underwent a 4 hour surgical procedure on my gums 23 years ago. During my first appointment which was a relaxed consultation, Dr. Reeves addressed/answered all of my concerns. What I appreciated the most was his simple question: What do YOU want from our services and how far are you willing to go -- emotionally and financially -- to get back healthy teeth and gums? After taking a minute to think about it, I answered "whatever it takes. Let's just say that I want to keep as many of my natural teeth until I am 80. That's my goal." Well, I am currently 76 years old and have all of my natural teeth except for one failing repair because I didn't take care of it well enough. And yes, I drive. I don't know why his driving skills reported in another review are such an issue. I'm considering a stay in OKC with a friend because the dentists I have gone to around NW Arkansas are just not at Dr. Reeves' level of expertise. my opinion.

Dr Reeves and his staff provide exemplary service. Dr Reeves is great at explaining and offering care options.

Dental health is a partnership with Dr. Reeves. The office staff, hygienists, and the doctor offer the best professional care, and their management and support have helped me be part of the team. Initially, I needed quite a few dental procedures, but now I work to maintain the results. I have complete confidence in his practice.

They treat you like family, take time to ensure your needs are met, you have the best possible care and your treatment options are discussed with you in detail so you can make the best informed decision. Dr. Reeves is a kind and caring professional who is truly invested in his clients dental health. We recently moved to the area from Dallas/Fort Worth and were referred to his practice by one of our nations top periodontists and he has done a fantastic job of continuing the high level of dental care we have grown accustomed to. He carefully takes the time to review his patients dental history and provide them with a customized care plan that fits with their needs and goals.
