Both Dr Ralstin and Dr Horwedel are great but their staff, while polite, were unconcerned and unmotivated to help my husband with a recent dental problem/emergency get in to see either dentist. He was told it would be several days before being seen. He found dental care elsewhere for a same day temporary crown which helped with cracked molar pain. The new dental office he found were quite different, responsive and helpful. Dr Horwedel and Dr Ralstin deserve to know about this.

My appointment today was with the dental hygienist, not with one of the dentists. She evidentially has done an excellent job of coaching me to clean my teeth at home as I had pink healthy gums and "the cleanest teeth I've had to date,." I'd recommend her to anyone with 10 stars..... though I'm not sure I'd spell her name accurately. But here is an attempt to do so... Yay Shea!! ( Shay?? ). She seems to really care about her clients!!!! It's the culture of that office , always kind!

Dr Ralstin and Staff are absolutely the best!! I wouldn't let my friends or family go anywhere else. The front office staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Ralstin and his professional staff and are caring and engaged. I have nothing but admiration and respect for their level of competence and service.
