Dr. Donovan and his service have been our dentists for several years. He has the most professional service staff who remember us by name as we enter the door. Our wait times are usually 5-10 minutes, never longer. We are greeted in a manner that soothes even the most hyper-anxious. We never feel threatened or intimidated. Our service begins the moment we are escorted to our exam rooms. The clinical staff are well versed and demonstrate competency at proficient and expert levels. Dr. Donovan and Dr. Koolin are soft spoken, ensures education and understanding before receiving consent to practice. I am a retired Clinical Nurse Specialist after 36 years. I wish I had worked with such a highly cohesive team. This family has received nothing less than the best outcomes from all clinical procedures provided by Donovan Family Dentistry.

I am relatively new to the area and quite honestly I find healthcare and customer service severely lacking. But for the folks at Donovan — five stars. Seriously. Great staff and a fantastic dentist. They stand by their service and genuinely care and appreciate your being there. I could go on and on but the point is - these folks know what quakity service is all about.

The staff is very professional and friendly. I actually look forward to going to the dentist, because I know I'll get great service and information from knowledgeable and experienced professionals. They don't try to sell me services I don't need, and they are flexible with rescheduling appointments.
