He is thorough and will explain all of your dental issues. If you want to address them, he will help you. He recommended that I get braces again at 61 years of age as the old orthodontics did not give me teeth space to chew and I was getting protruding front teeth and lots of gaps. I love the results!!! Also, I had 3 cavities and was nervous. I didn't feel anything! Seriously! I wish I would have found him sooner.

I have been going to Dr. Cruse for many years. Unfortunately, my last experience with him ended poorly. During a crown replacement procedure, the local anesthetic had not yet taken effect and I let him know I was feeling pain, yet he continued working without regard. I let him know a SECOND time, and he still kept working. The THIRD time I had to actually stop him because it hurt so badly. I asked why he kept working on my tooth even though I told him it hurt (hoping there was a rational explanation), he stated, "Oh I knew you'd numb up eventually." He said nothing else.

He and his staffs are awesome, super friendly and attention to details. Very very professional. No need to stick to one hygienist, they all do great job. Last visit got new Wendy. She was great!
