Dr. Wendy Winarick, DDS

Bottom line for my review is that I considered Dr. Winarick overprice, has a lack of personality, doesn’t back up her work and another dentist I just seen says that my dentures are terrible as they have many problems. She has been my dentist for a couple of years. Since I had 8 teeth missing and just lost a tooth in the front bottom, I mention that "We might as well pull the rest, Dr. Winarick reply was "Ok, but there might not be enough gum" There was no other information about what I would be facing for recovery. Dr. Winarick fit me for dentures & I had problems from day one with them. I have gone back to her multiple times and while she was able to get the top plate to stay in, the bottom plate was never resolved. She finally put a hard lining in the bottom and informed me that she would have to start charging me for any future work on the dentures that she had provided to me.

We have seen Dr. Winarick since 2012. Their office is clean, their staff is friendly, and Dr. Winarick is fantastic. She has a laser drill that allows her drill without the numbing shot (the frequency of the drill temporarily numbs the nerve). This makes getting fillings painless and easy. They have been so kind to our large family (11 kids) and treat us as though we are family friends instead of just patients. I could not recommend this office more highly.

Was having a bad toothache in one of my front upper teeth. Dr. Winarick saw me very quickly and recommended a root canal. After a week on antibiotics to get rid of the pain, I came in for the root canal - expecting the most painful, unpleasant dental experience ever, since I have a low threshold for pain and am a wimp in dental circumstances. This was one of the BEST dental visits ever! I barely felt the injection to numb the area and the procedure was totally pain free. Thanks, Wendy and Brian.
