Dr. Wendy Rose-Hyatt, DDS

Do not go to this dentist. Dr. Rose Hyatt is rude, snarky, unprofessional, and does not explain things to patients. She spoke very condescendingly to me when I asked her to explain things to me. I would not recommend her to anyone and would not trust her to work on me. I am very surprised by so many positive reviews because I had a completely different experience. If you want a caring dentist, please go elsewhere.

Would give zero stars if I could. I needed several teeth treated with crowns. The crowns that were seated by the dentist do not match each other or my natural teeth in color. One crown made in house is an orange color; the other crowns made by a lab are grayish. The staff was rude, incompetent and unprofessional. They did not submit accurate claims to my insurance carriers and erroneously billed me for charges I did not owe. I had to create a spread sheet to "prove" their mistakes and wait a year to have my overpayments refunded. Last straw - they sent me a text message with the wrong time for next my office visit, caused me to miss my appointment and then blamed me for their error. Finally switched to another dentist and discovered that Hyatt's office had also submitted erroneous tooth numbers for the crowns! After many months of calls and letters from my insurance carriers, Hyatt's office has still not corrected these errors. This is preventing payment to my new dentist.

Dr. Rose-Hyatt is so personable and friendly to talk to. She has alot of passion for her profession and gets excited about sharing a new technology or treatment. The staff are also very friendly and professional. Cleanings are thorough and gentle. I've never had discomfort during a visit. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Rose and her father for over 30 years. The professionalism and warmth is a strong family trait starting with the senior Dr. Rose and transcended down to Wendy. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Dr. Rose took it upon herself to research options for me as an alternate to a CPAP. She was able to develop a mouth piece for me. I’m very grateful for her efforts.
