Like most dentists, they need prepayment before treatment which is fine. However, they overcharge me by approx $140 and I learned about it when insurance explanation of benefits informed me. I submitted the EoB and the bill payed to the dental office and they kept asking me to come again. Later they stop answering my calls and voicemail. They have lot of employee turnover which should have given me a hint to stay away. I gave up on my loss and changed my dentist.
