If I could give zero stars I would. I had an infection of the two back molars, I had been taking antibiotics that got rid of the facial swelling and pain. The first dentist I saw took X-Rays and referred me to an endodontist to evaluate for root canals on both molars. The endodontist said I needed three root canals, said no teeth need to be removed. So I decided to get a third opinion from a biological/holistic dentist, I did a Google search and randomly chose Cleveland Center for Integrative Dentistry. I was supposed to see Dr Pastouk but he greeted me when I cam in and gave me Dr Alfathi instead. her first question was what is my occupation. I felt like I was being sized up to see how much $ they could extract. Long story short, she diagnosed a bunch of problems that no other dentist diagnosed such as tongue tie that no doctor ever said I had. But yet gave a print out ONLY showing removal of the two teeth and dental implants and cost. Would not provide total written evaluation.

Don’t go here! I spent thousands of dollars on procedures that I didn’t need. I was told that I had periodontal disease and needed a root scaling and was also told that two fillings were bad and needed replacement. Stupid me did the root scaling and filling replacement. When they said I needed a wisdom tooth removed, I took my xrays (done before root scaling and filling replacement) to another dentist AND a periodontist/oral surgeon. BOTH said that my fillings hadn‘t needed replacement, BOTH said I don’t have periodontal disease and that neither would have recommended root scaling, and BOTH said my wisdom tooth is fine. So I wasted time and thousands of dollars on procedures that were absolutely not necessary. I was also told by Cleveland Center that I had a serious problem with my tongue tie and that I needed surgery. I have had two dentists and two ENT’s (so 4 other doctors) say that my tongue tie is minimal and not causing any issues. Thank God I didn’t fall for that one!

This guy lives and breathes dentistry. He teaches nationally and worldly. He is more into my mouth than I am!!! Smart.

I saw Dr. H, she was really smart about figuring out what was wrong with me. I had been to two other offices and they didn't see the fracture. Feeling better. Thanks

Dr. Pastouk is absolutely passionate about dentistry and learning more. He loves to help the patients. I am definitely in good hands with him. Highly recommend....
