Dr. Vivian Chui, DDS

Today was the first day I met Dr. Vivian Chui. My daughter Kaylee has had difficulties with her jaw and her bite. Dr. Chui has been extremely helpful, explaining Kaylee’s situation and how it can be resolved. I love that Dr. Chui has taken the time and teaching us by explaining the process of Kaylee’s situation. I thank God every day that doctors like her care so much about their patients and their well-being. I highly recommend anyone that needs and Orthodontics or has Orthodontics issues to see this wonderful, talented woman. I wish I would’ve found her sooner.

Bordering on criminal. Dr. Chui is a scammer, pure and simple. My wife went to see her for treatment of TMJ. Dr. Chui pressured her into an "assessment" that cost $500! This assessment involved no molds, no x-rays, nothing other than some scribbles on a sheet of paper and took under an hour. After receiving this assessment, Chui still hadn't "diagnosed" my wife, and promptly changed the costs of treatment by a factor of ten. Avoid.

I would never refer anyone to this orthodontist. My child's teeth after five years in her care are mostly decayed.

My experience as a patient in Dr. Chui’s office has been wonderful. I had many preconceptions about braces when I signed on for them, but I needed them and couldn’t have chosen a better orthodontist, a perfectionist whose ideal is to provide an effective and pain-free experience for each patient. In my case, she’s modified her adjustments around my travel schedule so my braces haven’t interfered with my plans. The braces themselves, by the way, are discrete and lovely in their own way. Dent

I brought my children to Dr. Chui because of the location is convenient. My bad. After few years seeing her, we have learned from other orthodontists that our children had been scheduled extra unnecessary office visits. Staff are friendly but be prepared to spend extra time for re-visit after new braces were mounted which came off easily. Super long waiting due to overbooked. I strongly recommend you consult with other orthodontists before you make decision to bring your children to this office

I've had a wonderful and satisfying experience with Dr. Chui. Dr Chui is very knowledgeable and has provided numerous treatmants for kids, teenagers, adults to fix specific problems regarding problems like teeth positioning, correcting teeth bites (TMJ), braces, retainers etc. I have TMJ and Dr. Chui as well as her wonderful staff have dedicated their time and efforts to make sure I receive proper treatment. Everyone is so friendly and caring and they know how to get the job done! 5/5 excellence
