I have been going Dr. Racanelli since moving to the Thornwood area. I am exceedingly comfortable with the office and the staff. I continually rate it a FIVE.

What lovely staff! Very knowledgeable and accommodating. I am overjoyed I found this place because my teeth and gums have never felt better. My mom with Alzheimers has no insurance & lives on a very mall SS check. I her daughter manage all her finances and painstakingly watch her spending every month. I left Mary Racanelli a message that my mom needs her teeth cleaned and would she please remember to give her the senior discount. $400 later!!... They did Xrays without my authorization. And Marys response to my complaint was $400 isn't that much money. No Mary not for doctors who makes it their business to rip off seniors its not!
