Dr. Nguyen is a very sweet dentist, I have been coming here since I want a young girl and everyone in the office is very friendly. I have never encounter a problem and they also provide very good service.

When I first met Dr. Vinh Nguyen, I immediately liked him. He was calm, kind, and respectful. However, I am a bit disappointed with him. In the past year, I have suffered from a botched wisdom tooth removal, which has caused me much pain and discomfort. Dr. Vinh Nguyen and his colleague at an Alpharetta location have continuously dismissed my concerns. He did casually mention something about damage nerve, which seemed to come out of nowhere. I am NOT a dentist. I thought (at that moment) this may not be related to my tooth extraction, even though the pain began after the tooth extraction, and the pain is centered around that area. I went home and googled it up. Before I even finished typing, predictive Google had finished the sentence for me, and there it was – "Although far less common than a dry socket, injury of the nerve called the trigeminal nerve is another complication of wisdom tooth removal" (NHS). How can these two dentists NOT even consider this as a possible cause?
