This office has gone downhill recently. Staff is friendly, however, wait times have increased, they've stopped reviewing insurances as they once did prior to providing service, and they are pushy with "extra" services. They completed half the work on a crown (that wasn't an immediate need), and only then informed me I was required to pay more than $1100 before they would complete the work. They were uncooperative and unprofessional about the matter even after being clients here for years.
