Dr. Vincent Frazzetto, DDS

The temporary the Dr. put on broke, and he refused to see me or to replace it untill my appointment a week later - so my mouth got all cut up. I went to him a few times and he was bad-tempered and brusque every time. I prefer more compassionate, kind doctors.

I was taken right in for my appointment. My root canal was about an hour and a half. Dentist and staff were all very nice. Office was bright and clean. Would recommend.

The staff is awesome, but him not so much. He wasn't mean, but the bedside manner could be a lot better. You have an appt and he takes you not at the scheduled time and makes you sit there for a few hours in between working on other people. You want to talk to him he barely does and doesn't take the time really. So far 6 times at his office for one root canal that still won't be done for the next time around and been missing work, because I was in a lot of pain. Yeah! Don't think so. You're better off going elsewhere.

Awesome Root Canal specialist. After reading some reviews, I was a little nervous about going there to get my Root Canal done but Im so glad I did. The staff was awesome and made me feel very comfortable. Dr Frazzetto was completely on point. I had 2 visits but I was in and out of there with minimal pain. I have to add that the the entire dental office was exceptionally clean and welcoming. Keep up the awesome work!!

This is by far the best office for endo that I have been too. They have a friendly staff and the doctor is very skillful and is superb at what he does! Must throw in that the office is absolutely gorgeous and immaculate! Can't express enough how grateful I am to have found him! Highly recommended to all.

This dentist is by far the worst dentist I have ever been to. I arrived to my appointment 20 mins early and he didn't even touch my tooth until an hour and a half later. Then while he's working on my tooth he gets up and goes in the other room and works on someone else's tooth and kept doing that over and over taking my appointment well into 3 hours now cause he did that. Then it took 3 times for him to complete my root canal and the first two times he left the tooth open with no meds just Advil

Extremely poor demeanor, no bedside manner whatsoever, does not say hello or greet you, does not explain what he is doing...You are basically on an assembly line. He broke my crown that i paid $1500 for without warning me that it could happen and would not even talk to me or return a call or call me. He did not give an ounce of concern, sympathy whatsoever or any financial responsibility. Worst professional I ever dealt with and I was a paying customer with no insurance.

Great Experience...Dr. Frazzetto is an endodontics artisan. If you are looking to be coddled, he is not the DR. However, if you want quality, pain free and skilled work...he is your guy. And believe me worth every penny. Staff is also wonderful, and super friendly.
