Best dentist in Miami hands down! I was looking for a dentist for a while when I found his office, everyone there is always really sweet and amazing. He always takes his time and makes sure to explain everything in detail. Super flexible with appointments, even open on Saturdays which is a huge advantage so I don’t have to take time off of work. Happy to be going to his office for over 3 years now.

This place is an absolute joke. The office staff is incompetent and irresponsible. I scheduled an appointment on his website and received an email confirming the appointment the day after. However, when I showed up for my appointment they told me they had no appointment for me in the system. I even showed the girl at the front desk the email confirmation I received but she told me I would have to wait until the dentist finished all his appointments or come back at a later time. This is unacceptable as I had to take time off from work to see this dentist. They refused to see me and so I had no choice but to leave. This is completely unfair and unacceptable, considering that I had to sit through traffic for over an hour to get there. This shows just how unprofessional and irresponsible Dr. Lopez's office staff are.
