Dr. Vanessa Robb, DDS

Made an appointment for a filling that fell out that Dr. Robb had performed a year earlier. A few months later that same filling become dislodged while flossing. I've never had fillings fall out like this. On both visits she seemed to be more focused on chit chatting with the assistant than filling my teeth, and the procedures felt rushed. I feel that steps might have been skipped as I am no stranger to fillings. I miss my old dentist (Millinger) The old school knew their stuff. The new school of dentists lack experience and leave much to be desired. I left a VM to reschedule for another refill but did not hear back (not surprising) Oh well.

Dr. Robb is a wonderful dentist. She is extremely capable, gentle and compassionate. The care that I receive from her is exceptional. She takes the time to explain procedures clearly. Her office has all the latest equipment so you feel confident that you are receiving the most up to date care. Her staff is friendly and welcoming. They make it easy to contact the office and book appointments. They are attentive and caring. I would give Dr. Robb 10 stars if I could! She is truly the best dentist you will find!

All of the staff were really friendly. This was important as I have had the same dentist for 47 years, my dad. I am glad I found a dentist and hygienist who makes me feel comfortable and welcomed.

I would highly recommend Dr. Robb to my family and friends. The office staff are so professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. Dr. Robb is absolutely wonderful. They all make you feel so comfortable.

Most people do not enjoy going to the dentist but I do.I was scheduled for a crown on 2/26/19 and all went well. Besides record time for this procedure I truly enjoyed my visit, professionalism with a sense of humor.

Despite the fact I had to wait to see the dentist, Dr Robb was friendly and took care to explain all my options and made me feel at ease. Her entire staff was more than accommodating, friendly and went way above and beyond to help. By far the best experience I have had at any doctor/dentist

For the record I would highly recommend Dr. Robb. Its not too often you find a doctor that is companionate, highly skilled, with a great attitude. I remember my first visit. Walking through the front door and meeting the team for the first time made me feel welcome. Dr. Robb is about honesty, integrity and customer service. Thank you Vanessa for your amazing work. My partial looks fantastic and I am happy you helped me make the right decision . Your truly and amazing Doctor!!

Jerilyn is the best dental hygienist!

Dr. Robb was highly recommended by one of my husbands co-workers, and after I scheduled my first appointment I definitely knew why!! She has an incredible chairside manner, very patient and professional in responding to any and all of my questions, and she is VERY skilled at what she does! As long as she is practicing, she will definitely be my dentist of choice!

Dr. Robb and all of her staff were perfect. I came to Dr. Robb for a veneer for a cosmetic reason. I had gotten one veneer somewhere else and had a terrible experience so I chose to come here for the second one I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with the results. She paid such close attention to detail to match the veneer perfectly to my other veneer and the rest of my smile. She’s changed my life in a matter of hours! I plan to switch to this dentist for all of my dental needs going forward.

Love my hygienist Gerilyn and Dr. Robb. I come from Waterbury to Market Square Dental and it’s always a pleasant experience which is why I’ll never leave :)
