unprofessional, nightmare
I visited Fit to Smile Dental under Dr. Trent Redfearn for an urgent tooth extraction and bone graft. Despite purchasing the in-house insurance plan and agreeing to conscious sedation (an extra $300), the promised “amnesia” never occurred—I remained fully awake during the painful procedure. Even after I voiced my concerns, the dentist hurriedly continued, leaving me feeling disregarded.Payment was another issue: staff initially claimed the user was short over $200 in cash but later admitted a “miscommunication.” Follow-up care was minimal: I experienced loose stitches and was advised either to visit within an hour before closing or cut them myself at home. Subsequent appointments revealed unexpected costs, like an $1,100 deep cleaning not mentioned before. Finally, when requesting medical records,I faced delayed responses and records that did not accurately reflect the procedures or sedation mishaps. The overall experience felt unprofessional, frustrating.

Yikes
I am surprised Redfern was able to fit into the office. Very full of himself. Take cation if wanting to work 'for' him.

I received three implants six years ago and one spontaneously fell out intact; I called the office since I had saved the tooth, and was completely refused an appointment. Think carefully before you get any serious dental work done here; I was left high and dry after spending thousands on implants at this facility.

I've been taking my 3 kids and myself to Dr Redfearn for over 6 years now--and even though I've moved out of the area, I've continued to make the trip to his office. I trust him to the fullest extent with my family's dental needs, and his chair-side manner is excellent. His office staff is friendly and accommodating as well. Highly recommend!
