Dr. Travis McFee, DDS

I will never be back. I was not all the way numb and tried to tell them as they ripped my tooth out. My daughter tried to tell them that our family history should be in my chart that I at times I do not numb. I was told it was just anxiety, while nurse held down my hands telling me I was ok. Dr. stated to my daughter that, It was not his fault I have zero pain tolerance. I want my money back. I still don't have my partial and it should have been ordered a long time ago. This place is a joke!

Oct 9 was my 1st visit. Nov 27 went in for fillings & impressions for new dentures. Told them I wanted only a new partial. Did not hear from them until they made appt on Jan 24. They wanted me to have a total new set & did not make the teeth like the impression. I asked them to fix them. Did not get a call & called end of Mar. Went in April 9. They did not make the corrections I asked for. Went back April 12. At that time I told them to make the dentures. Got a call to go in May 1 and they had made another set to try on just to be sure. Well at that time they were not right. I told them I wanted the teeth SMALLER as that is what I was born with. The guy said they are child’s teeth size. Again they said they would fix it and even took I a picture of my current ones. Went back today and they were still 1/16th” to wide. They wanted to start over. I told them to forget it and I would be finding a new dentist. After researching it should only take 3-6 weeks. We are looking at 6 MONTHS.

Dr. McFee did multiple fillings for me, one of which was fairly deep and complex. He and his staff were knowledgeable, courteous, professional and extremely compassionate. It was my first dental appointment in 40 years where I experienced literally no pain whatsoever. My teeth look and feel fabulous.

This man makes a mockery of dentistry. He does not deserve his lisence. I have had many retreatments and even a reconstruction surgery to fix what he's done, all by real qualified dentists who were shocked I had never seen the standard practices they were using like a tapping test and an ice test. I had never even seen a dental dam. So they didn't understand how he could have properly done the root canal or even known the tooth needed one. I'm sure there's some kind of fraud in that office too.

While the wait time to schedule an appt is a bit long, once I was in the office I understood why there was a wait. This office is one of the most welcoming and friendly environments. It's surprising to see an office that accepts every kind of insurance and patient that still manages to foster such a positive atmosphere. All of the staff, including the office manager, were both understanding and kind. I highly recommend this office and think it was worth the wait.

Dr. Mcfee shows true caring for his patients, and his office staff is some of the most understanding and kindhearted people I've had the pleasure of meeting. Truly one of the few doctors that care genuine.
