I had a terrible experience at this dental office and, unfortunately, I will be switching to a different practice because of the ongoing issues. It all started with their constant mix-ups with the calendar. They scheduled my appointments incorrectly multiple times, causing me to lose hours of my day. On top of that, they tried to charge me a penalty for a missed appointment that was their mistake! When I tried to explain the situation and reason with them, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. As if that wasn’t bad enough, there were serious problems with the billing as well. I spent way too much time proving that I didn’t owe any money. When I finally provided clear evidence that the charges were incorrect, they didn’t even apologize for their mistake – just ignored it. I’m genuinely sad to have to leave, as the actual dental care was fine, but the administrative issues and the poor customer service are just too much to overlook.
