Dr. Todd Cressman, DDS

I was a dental patient of Dr. Cressman's for several years until greed took over the practice. My experience with the office manager's hidden costs, overbilling, etc. was most upsetting. My only regrets are: 1. I wish that I had talked with Dr. Cressman to see if he was fully aware of his office billing practices. 2. That I had found myself another dental practice sooner rather than later.

Dentist Cressman never showed up for my appointment, I was told he would review my x rays and get back to me. He did not. Also John the dental hygienist is very unpleasant as a person, refusing to talk or act normal in any way , he was more concerned about his lunch order than patients

I paid $500.00 in advance to have two teeth pulled. He said he needed to pull 4. I cancelled the appointment. They kept my $500.00. Since last October 18th 2023 I still haven’t been refunded nor will I. They said called the company office. It’s an answering service. Don’t go here. November 18,2023Dr.Cressman is an honest and excellent dentist. He tries to preserve my teeth in the most delightful and gentle way. I am so grateful for having him as my dentist these last seven years!

The bad dentistry at Gentle Dentle

My visit on an emergency was wonderful from beginning to end. Dr Cressman, Nurses and staff were awesome and totally put my mind at ease. Everyone was so warm and friendly! Dr Cressman explained everything to me and removed my bad tooth without pain! I’m so happy I now have a new Dentist who I can trust! Thanks so Much Dr Cressman & Gentle Dental!!

My daughter recieved very bad care from Todd Cressman. She went twice and each time had to ask him to use less force. Her mouth hurt for several days after minor procedures. He also did not give adequate explanations or instructions. My wife asked more than once about after-care and he was rude and confusing about it. We are not dentists. We don't know that's why we ask! And when I asked the nurse to speak with him he was too busy. He said it would be like if my boss asked me to work overtime!

Todd Cressman is a genius! I went in today to start the procedure for bridge. I didn't even feel the needles go in for the local! No pain. At all. I was in at 8 and out by 9:45 with a temporary bridge. The only reason it took him so long is because I have an abnormally small mouth and a large lump in the hard palate (I've always had it).

I have been a patient here since 2012 and get my teeth cleaned every 6 months. I have had Dr. Cressman do 2 root canals and 2 crowns in 2014. He is knowledgeable and makes his clients feel comfortable and is easy to talk to.
