One Star – Disrespectful and Discriminatory Experience I brought my child to this office hoping for compassionate care, but instead, I was treated with blatant disrespect and discrimination because of my disability. The staff, particularly the dentist, spoke to me in a condescending and dismissive tone, as if I was a problem rather than a parent simply trying to advocate for my child. Rather than offering patience or understanding, I was met with rudeness and judgment. It was clear that my disability was viewed as an inconvenience, and I left feeling humiliated and unwelcome. No parent should be made to feel this way—especially not in a place that claims to care for families. Disability is not a burden. It’s unacceptable for any medical professional, especially one working with children and families, to behave this way. I do not recommend this office to anyone, especially those in the disabled community. We deserve better.

As a pediatrician I can’t imagine sending my children anywhere else. The office is very clean and the staff is beyond friendly. Dr. Brasuell is super friendly and patient with the children, even when one is screaming and terrified. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for their child.
