Dr. Toan Tran, DMD

I was there for a new patient dental check up. They didn't tell me what my plan will or will not cover. At the end of the visit, I was told to pay $125 for an item that was not covered by my plan. I called the next day to ask if they will give me a discount because they didn't ask for my consent and didn't inform me first that it would be $125. The answer was a "No". They will not do anything about it. I wrote this so others will be aware of this dental practice.

Mangrove bay has wonderful office staff, and dental hygienists. Dr. Tran is very down to earth and friendly, he truly cares about giving high quality compassionate care and I couldn’t be more thankful that my wife and I found his practice.

I called the office at 8AM because my Husband was having an issue. He was seen by 3PM the same day. My friend/neighbor recommended Dr. Tran and we are so glad she did. Very positive warm environment. Dr. Tran is experienced in all aspects of dentistry. Very refreshing. I have already steered new patients his way. ??. Thank you, Mrs. C

I am super thrilled that I found this dentist. Every member of staff has a smile on their face and I get the feeling that they enjoy their job and it shows with all the attention and patient care that I receive. Dr. Tran is very thorough and does not over prescribe. I have been seeing this dental practice for the past 2 years and I have never had a delay in being seen. I would without hesitation recommend this doctor and his hygienists.

Mangrove Dentistry has the most amazingly friendly and responsive staff. My experience with Dr. Tran was pleasant from the very first visit. Despite a very busy office, wait times have been less than 5-10 minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Tran.

First impressions are very important to me. I can not say that I enjoy going to the dentist and that is why I have been putting it off. I read several reviews in doing my research and only came across high recommendations. I am glad that I chose to see Dr. Tran because I got the dental care I needed in a relaxed environment with friendly and courteous staff.

Dr. Tran / Mangrove Bay Dentistry was not the best dentist by far. A simple visit turned into a 3 week long ache in my jaw from them poking a nerve on my gum the wrong way. They deny it, and got mad when they were told about it. In my opinion this dentist is a mediocre dentist at best and should go back to school, and while at it take lessons on how to treat patients instead of treating them in a condescending way. Toan Tran, it appears to me that you have no shame and are full of arrogance.
