The office manager it’s a bully and treated me like a lowlife. As you may know, the cost have a porcelain fused to metal crown typically cost between $50-$1500. They wanted me to pay more than $1500 and although there’s Denises in that work for me I would have to pay over half out-of-pocket. I had an appointment this morning, November 6 at 7:30 AM to have the permanent crown applied. I made a partial payment when they put a temporary filling on my tooth, then yesterday afternoon I received a call stating that I must pay the full balance this morning when they apply the permanent. I explained That I was short $112. The Office manager didn’t allow me to pay The $112 next mont, cancelled my appointment and said to reschedule when I can pay full amount up front. Over a $1,500 procedure, i was only short $112 to be treatwd this way. I am a mechanical engineer who recently went blind and times have been difficult, but I have never been Treated With such disrespect.

Terrible Family Dental Practice! After leaving this practice, our current dentist showed us the sloppy work done here. We have had to replace nine fillings on three separate children due to shoddy sealing, two caps have had to be replaced because of poor fitting, they broke my childs retainer THREE times in one cleaning and after our daughter told them they had broken it once, THEY WENT AND BROKE IT TWO MORE TIMES!! $4,500 later, with our current dentist, our teeth are now perfect.
