I'm relatively new patient of Dr. Hughes, but i've never seen such gross negligence as I've experienced this week. I called the office to make an appointment to have a tooth extracted and the woman at the front desk was supposed to check with my insurance company to see what it was going to cost me.
This is Friday, the office is closed and I did not hear back from her all this week. I don't know what to think about that. I thought I had found a great dentist. Now I have to wait until Monday to see what's going on. Bad office staff.

Dr. Tim Hughes and his staff are the best they perform at a high level of efficiency and professionalism. The entire staff are very relational, caring and driven to meet or exceed expectations in 15 years my family has never been treated like a number.
