Dr. Goodheart is not only an excellent dentist, he is also very good at making sure you don’t have pain during your procedure. I’m a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist but I have no qualms about visits to Dr. Goodheart’s office. The fees are quite reasonable, the hygienists who do cleanings are great. I highly recommend this office!

SMH!
I got a letter from my insurance and I was pretty confused. At first I was thinking that it was some kind of mistake. But @GOODHEART charged me FULL PRICE for all my work at their office and after I paid what they said I owed them, they THEN charged my insurance for the money that they were supposed to take OFF my bill that I already paid IN FULL!
Ends up that they did this EVERY SINGLE TIME I went in and I didn't know it, because... I trusted them. I never questioned the charges.
DUMB of me! But I've learned my lesson.
They said they put that 'cushion' money on to my NEXT procedure, but the next time they billed me the full price AGAIN, and my cash just kept stuffing THEIR cushion. I kept paying for work they hadn't done yet, and they just kept taking my money.
@GOODHEART, If it's really just your common practice then why don't you just tell everybody up front that you do this? Make it crystal clear.
I HAD wondered if it was just me...but obviously not.
