It was a first time visit. I was not given an x-ray to identify any issues with my teeth. I got a filling that I'm not sure was necessary. I had concerns about the spacing in my teeth that was caused by a poor fitting partial and extractions. After discussing a route to straighten my teeth, I asked if my teeth were healthy enough to get braces. His reply was they look fine without getting an x-ray. I was given a referral to a couple orthodontists and sent on my way. BTW... this occurred 6 days ago and my teeth have been aching since the numbing wore off from the filling. I clearly have issues with the health of my teeth. I can visibly see 2 of my theeth that have an issue. I regret getting the filling knowing he didn't give me an x-ray.

Anytime I have ever had a problem he took care of it. Never had a problem getting in to see him at last minute notices. What more could you ask for!!

My wife needed some teeth pulled she was going to get dentures. The extractions went well but the dentures have been a disaster. They have never fit right and the bottoms put a bad sore in her cheek. She has gone back many times for adjustments. She recently went back and he wants to charge her 500 dollars to fix. Extremely unhappy customer!!!

Dr. Richter helped me find a permanent solution to a tooth I was having issues with for several years. He placed a bridge that has held up very well and I have gotten many compliments on my smile since! I definitely recommend him!
