I was sent to Dr. Tiffeny Chimelek for an evaluation to see if I needed a root canal or my tooth pulled. Her assistant performed my xrays in a thorough and timely manner. I have a complicated history with my heart and my cardiologist has advised against root canals but I knew I needed it assessed to see if there was indeed an abscess. Dr. Chimelak entered in a friendly manner, tested my tooth for cold sensitivity (there was none), swelling (none), and quickly said it looks like an abscess and now we will do your root canal. I had not been shown any xrays or given any explanation. I explained that with my complex heart history my cardiologist advises against root canals amd advises teeth be pulled and implanted if I have tp choose a route. Her friendly demeanor dropped and she told her assistant to get me information for an oral surgeon and left the room without another word. I asked the assistant if she would be prescribing and antibiotic to help manage the infection until I could get

Dr. Chimelak is excellent, I am not a fan of dentist in any way, but felt at ease and comfortable with Dr. Chimelak and her assistant Sandie. They are very professional and kept me informed throughout the root canal process. They asked frequently if I was comfortable and if I was doing ok. I have been to her twice and would recommend them highly. Lets not forget front office staff all the ladies here are very professional and kind. I will defenatly use them again if needed. Staff is friendly and very professional. Dr Chimelak and her assistant work really well together and I have been pain free since leaving the office. Dr Chimelak is very nice and was able to answer all of my questions!
