My husband said the lady at the front desk was very short with him and he didn't feel welcome at all. The feeling that he was not welcome there continued through his cleaning. He is a POC which may have been the issue or at least that's how they made him feel. My 7 year old was pretty much yelled at to hurry and get a toy by a dental hygienist. Then she shut the lid rudely. As he was getting up he accidentally bumped into her and she got very short with him telling him not to push her. I'm so very disappointed that both my husband and son left this office feeling like they were mistreated by pretty much every person they had contact with.

I am new in town and had a toothache. I called the office and they got me in right away. I'm glad I found my new dentist!!!

Dr. Steckbeck has been my dentist for many years. He is a fantastic dentist. Recently my insurance changed and the girls helped me with all the questions I had.
