The team at Smiles4OC is the absolute best, hands down. Not much else to say. I've had some not-so-great experiences with other dentists in the past, but Dr. Tim and the crew at Smiles4OC have taken care of me from the first day I stepped into their office.

I am deeply appreciative to Dr. Rolfes for his meticulous skill and expertise in correcting a dental issue which made a huge impact in my life! In addition to his years of experience and attention to detail, he was reassuring, exhibited confidence and had superb chair side kindness. He wasn’t rushed, nor did he push to oversell me dental procedures (and I KNOW he had many other patients waiting for him, yet he gave me his full undivided attention and time). Honestly, I can’t express how appreciative I am for his meticulous work! He took his time and was extremely patient with me. The work he performed on my molar tooth closed a gap that had caused me issues for years. The reason I had waited to address the issue was because I was afraid and knew the risks involved with the procedure, but Dr. Rolfes was extremely careful but I also knew this wasn’t his “first rodeo”… it was a routine procedure for this highly experienced dentist. I’m an ex- Registered Dental Assistant myself.

I had a fantastic experience at this dentist. Their new patient consultation appointment was super thorough, and I was amazed at how low my copay was. Dr. Do was kind and explained everything well. Susie was very nice, too! After the appointment, I met with Christina, who explained my insurance and helped talk me through the treatment plan. They have state of the art technology that helps make dentist appointments less dreadful, like laser treatments in lieu of drilling cavities and a scan of your teeth instead of taking molds. No more dreading the dentist! This was the best dentist appointment I’ve had. I highly recommend them.

They really explain everything they do, inside the exam room and outside. I’ve never been blind-sided by a bill and have consented to every procedure they’ve done. Dr. Tim Rolfes is a wonderful dentist. He replaced two old fillings I had and he was very gentle and capable. His office staff is also wonderful, so friendly and caring.

I can’t tell you enough about this kind and gentle man. Very professional but also so kind hearted with his patients. He was so concerned about my well-being and not feeling any pain at all. He and his assistant are angels. Dr. Rolfes called me later after my appointment to make sure I was feeling good later that evening. Thank you Dr Rolfes for your great work and bedside manner. I highly recommend him to anyone.

This is the first review I have ever written, but felt strongly enough that I felt it important to highlight such an incredible place. I cannot say enough about Dr. Rolfes and every single person who works in this office. I came to them after years of avoiding a dentist due to previous experiences. I needed a lot of help and they have not only been able to step-by-step help me restore my oral health but have done it in a way that exhibits more kindness and gentleness than I’ve ever experienced anywhere before. Every single person makes you feel comfortable, safe, cared for and loved. On top of this the dentistry is second to none and their technology is incredible. I am so grateful to Dr. Rolfes and his team and always know that I’m in the best hands with them.

I absolutely love my dental office. I’ve been a patient for over 28 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful. All the dentists there are really great but my most favorite is Dr. Rolfes. Since I first started seeing him, he has done such great things for my smile and my teeth.
