We will not be back! His staff was just OK. Cancelled 6 months follow up because my child was traumatized. He was absolutely rude and very condendescending. As a pediatric dentist, one would think he would have the skills equipped to handle an ASD child. Would not recommend this dentist if were the only one around.

My Granddaughter had a cavity that needed to be filled. We tried a Pediatric dentist with no success who even recommended intravenous sedation, which did not work out as well. We found Dr. Madl who agreed to try. With much scepticisium we scheduled an appointment. Oh my goodness! Not a tear! He was so good and his Staff are all excellent, sensitive, calm.... what a blessing to find such a caring dentist to begin my Granddaughter’s dental journey.

I would like to say my VISITS to Dr. Madl were very helpful. After my long process I would not recommend this office only b/c of Nancy(recep) Nancy should be reevaluated in patient care, communications, along w/a few other job applicable skillls, DR. Madl should have a rehire w/someone who can have a noncondescending conversation/relation with Dr.Madl’s patients. I am not a computer screen Ma’am! From a patients mother who should receieve decent respect from a Dr’s staff

Dr Madel is great........his receptionist is another story. We were running late for an appointment, 8 min, and were told if we were ore than 5 min they would have to cancel. Not the only DDS in town so we moved DDS. The medical profession should be there for you. Not the other way around.
