Dr. Thomas Mack, DDS

I was a patient there for around 15 years but about 5 years ago there was a change in the front office. Since then I’ve had a couple issues with them not canceling my appointments even though they apologized and said they’d remove the extra fees. Recently they were so booked up they asked me to change my appointment and because I had to work they changed me a no show fee of 100$!! I didn’t even get my usual text appointment reminders of they day they said I had the appointment...I told them I’m going to a new dentist and they mailed me a bill of 200$!!????

Dr. Mack and his staff are the best! Very welcoming, make sure you are well taken care of and explains procedures in a way you can understand. People think i am Crazy to say “ I enjoy going To the dentist” only the best experiences with Dr. Mack. Any time i hear someone needing a dentist i interrupt and tell the “Dr. Thomas Mack, you won’t regret it!” If i could give Dr. Mack more than 5 stars, I would!

Dr.Mack always makes sure you are comfortable with whatever procedure will be done, and the staff is awesome!

Dr. Mack took care of my wisdom teeth a couple weeks ago and the experience was much better than I would have imagined! I didn't have any problems or pain during or after the procedure, and the gums are healing nicely. Everyone there is very friendly, helpful, and professional, and they get right back to you if you call or text. Definitely recommend Dr. Mack!

Dr. Mack is extremely knowledgeable. You can trust him to know the best procedures for your dental health. He truly cares about every patient. He is a competent professional and best of all he has a great sense of humor. That sense of humor puts patients at ease and makes difficult procedures much easier to handle.

Dr Mack puts one at ease, even me. Dr Mack is excellent at pain management. Dr Mack is a "Believer". Me too! I appreciate his stance. True Believers know the times we are living in. We know that what was once standard rules of behavior for society, are no longer valid. Honestly, integrity, doing what is right for the customer is a given with Dr Mack. His faith calls him to a higher standard for being the best he can be in his field. He is the best.

Highly trustworthy and very honest. Saved us a ton of money when he was able to save my tooth without doing a root canal, which he wasn't sure initially he would be able to do. Would recommend him to everyone!
