Not good
Went in for a consult. Appointment time they gave me was 15 minutes earlier than the actual appointment time. They said it was for check in. After sitting in the waiting room for 35 minutes I asked how longer it would be. I was told another 15-20 minutes. I left and will not go back. The time of patients is every bit as valuable as their time, and as distant as they were is not good.

Dentist was supposed to do a root canal. After, he said he would fill it for me. I said I thought I had to wait a few days for my dentist to fill it. He said there is more chance for bacteria if I wait. Turns out instead if filling it, he prepped it for a crown, and never mentioned it to me and never said why I needed a crown, and insurance wouldn't pay because he didn't do a pre- approval for a crown. Not good at all.
