Top dentures didn’t fit correctly and are supposedly being remade Bottom partial was so tight and painful that it took two of us to remove it Teeth are barely visible from the gums on the partial Was not instructed on the care of my dental work nor the partial Have no storage case Do not recommend this practice

I do not reccomend Dr.Gretz and his office for dental work , Dr.Gretz left glue all over my other teeth and did damages to other teeth that are next to my temporary crown he put in my mouth that he rammed up so hard causing infection and swelling in my mouth. Im not able to chew on my left side due to pain . I will be discussing this matter with my doctor and attorney this week. They spend more time joking around in this office and they do rush dental jobs doing damages to patients teeth they seem only to be concerned about making money not about patients im so upset right now.

Worst dental experience ever! When I first entered the practice, the receptionist said "did you know your benefits have changed?", to which I replied "No. Do only what's covered, as I'm not currently working". As I told each person I dealt with in that office that visit. This was my first experience with cavities in my mid-20s. Not only did Dr, Gretz treat me completely disrespectfully, as if I wasn't worth his time, but he also hurt me, jamming the needle into my gums, saying "what, do you want the gas?!"! AND his office ran certain x-rays that weren't covered by my insurance. It was an awful experience!

Never Again! – Dec 13, 2019

I went into dr Gretz office in June/July 2017 for a cleaning and to have my wisdom teeth extracted. I got my cleaning done and got scheduled for my wisdom teeth extraction. On July 20th 2017 is when I was put under for my wisdom teeth extraction. No big deal, I went home after my extraction and felt okay. My meds were wearing off and the next day I still felt numb on my left side of my mouth. I called and asked them why and what’s going on and they told me to come in and get checked. After xrays they told me that my never in the lower left side of my jaw was gone. They cut it out. So every since that day my lower left side of my jaw has been numb along with the entire left side of my tongue. Went and had a decline opinion on it at dr jacobansky in normalville pa and he told me that I have parastesia and if my feeling didn’t come back after 3-6 months that it would be permanent for the rest of my life. Well now it’s permanent. It affects my eating and my speech. Caused me Alot of issues
