Dr. Thomas Bell, DDS

Dr. Bell is the most rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful man I have ever come across in this profession. He was scheduled to remove my sons wisdom teeth but at the appointment he was so unwilling to hear my concerns and questions about MY son, that the procedure never even happened. I wouldn't recommend him at all but definitely not for kids with concerned parents.

Dr. Bell told his assistant twice to move along w/the consultation if "I was serious". Of course I'm serious, what did I make the appointment and 20 min drive for? I let that pass--people can be weird. Later I called to ask for a discount for MULTIPLE implants. The receptionist told me she'd call back within the next two days, but never did. I called back to see what happened and again was told to wait for a response. No callbacks. The ironic thing was I was so ready to pay the asking price!

Dr Bell has been our Family dentist in Salem for years. We were very sad when he left his practice. Now that we have found him again, we will be traveling to Albany from Salem to have our dental needs met. Dr Bell is a wonderful dentist. He is gentle, kind and very compassionate. I would not hesitate referring children or adults to see him. He was excellent with my mother in her 90's for her care as well as my husband and I.
