Unexpected charges in Multiple visits
Beware, they are charging me unexpectedly without a matching claim from my insurance. Even though I have a very good insurance plan from Delta Dental, and I have asked the office multiple times whether my insurance covers their fees and they said yes, they called me in for a consultation, and are now charging me $500 for that. They are not being helpful on explaining where exactly the fees came from, as my insurance claims don't even show the balance they claim. I recommend being aware of this fact, as this happened to me TWICE in a total of 4 visits for myself.

Pressure to have additional surgery.
I had gone to this practice to have a cracked tooth removed and an implant performed. During the pre exam, the hygienist said I had large pocket on the last molar on the other side of my mouth. When I went into see the surgeon, 3 other staff workers came in to pressure me to have both teeth done at she same time, which would have left me not to be able to eat for several days. In addition the tooth with the big pocket caused me no problems. They said it definitely would, so far that has not happened. In addition, the surgeon preparing the area for the implant did not complete the work, nor did the office send the correct information on the crown to my Florida dentist. I had to pay an additional $120 for the work not completed in NY. I asked the office to reimburse which they denied. I am totally disappointed in this practice and cannot recommend them. Beware.

Surprise billing. He does not discuss treatment plan well before doing work. He is knowledgable however. His appointment availability has improved since 20 years ago. He only does expensive zirconia crowns which are not always the best option.

I just changed my dentist closer to my work. This is office is run very poorly. The office manager is very nasty. The first visit I was there the hygenist told me my gums are in a very bad shape and I need gum treatment with antibiotic injection. They told me I need orthodontic treatment. Dr. Never checked me. Price tag $8500 for everything. I was very suspicious. I got a second opinion from two specialist an orthodontist and a gum specialist, I was told I didn't need any treatment. Avoid Avoid
