Dr. Thaida Duong, DMD

From the moment I stepped into the office, I was greeted warmly. I currently live in California and am here in Massachusetts visiting family. After my daughter spoke to the receptionist, Erica, I spoke to her and explained my problem. She looked at my insurance cards and took the one she needed. Then, Tiffany (who has beautiful art work) and Ania (with a beautiful accent) took an x-ray. Dr. Duong came in and told me what the problem was and what my best option was. Unfortunately, the tooth could not be saved and he pulled it. While applying the numbing agent, he was so careful and gentle! He was even able to fix my partial denture so that I could actually eat with it. (I had been having problems with the dentist I was seeing in California - they could/would not do what I wanted them to do.) I wish I could take this office to California with me. Thank you so very much Erica, Tiffany, Ania, and Dr. Duong!

I have been to many different dentists and I don't plan on ever changing dentists again. I have had Dr. Duong complete multiple fillings for me and I have had zero discomfort afterwards. He is really good at what he does, has good availability, and clearly cares about his patients. His hygienist is really good too. Even though the office is located close to the X, the large private parking lot makes it really easy to get in and out. Changing to this dentist was a great decision!

Dr Thaida not only fast but also very accurate on your teeth problem. He explain everything in details and check on you later to make sure everything good and you satisfied. Simple, he's the best I've known...

Highly recommend. He spent the time to explain things and answer all of my questions.
